I was told that a very long time ago by an endocronologist. I have PCOS but I also have thyroid issues. It's not that the body can't tolerate soy just too much soy can be an inbibitor and is very bad for me as well as many raw vegetables. Anything that has soy in its name I stay away from. There are other alternatives. I take it you have done some research?
As for the predominate soy products, ask your coach. I did.....
