You are doing awsome and its so exciting to hear that its working for you when nothing else has worked as i'm in the same boat....weight watcher has always worked for me in the past but nothing in the past 3 years doesn't matter how hard I work at it. So i'm so excited to see good results with IP

I have lost 90% of that goal and now I want to go for the entire 120lbs I need to lose.

You can do it!
Congratulations on being so close to your first goal and i'm sure the entire goal doesn't seem so out of reach anymore.

I have 100 pounds to lose also. I have lost 74 and now am 22 pounds away from goal. This program is excellent and it works.

I am restarting and I have about 120 pounds to lose. I'm trying to break it into 40 pounds at a time.

I want to lose about 190, though I don't want to fixate on the pounds lost but more on the inches lost. I feel the scale has been part of my failure...really trying to only weigh once a week. Will be a challenge for me.

Even if you weigh more than once a week and feel disappointed don't give up, the results are worth it!
