Many thanks to Ragdoll74 for her research and for posting these!

For newcomers, this is DIFFERENT than using alternative products. Please refer to alternatives thread for more info on alternative products
do you have the same for all 4 phases of the regular protocol? I can only find phase 1 and 2. Would like all four.

thanks

Lisa's post on the previous page (toward the bottom) has a PDF file with the Alternative plan that includes all 4 phases.

Hey wuv,
I just recently started IP 2weeks ago and have been reading through some of the recipes here. I'm asking you these questions because you are an expert!
First, are egg whites really ok? Fat free chicken broth? My coach says no, and a lot of the recipes call for them. Any advice you have would be great! I just get a little bored with the food already, or the taste, not really sure. Oh, and I watched some of your videos, what is cake in a bug? I'm just afraid to trust a recipe, and have it affect my loss.
Thanks so much, and you look amazing!

This really isn't a place for asking questions.
You may want to repost in the daily chat or send a private message if you want a specific person to answer it.

Exclamation first day!!

I am looking forward to the IP program. My question is, are you able to drink diet pop that has no calories, no caffeine, no carbs, etc??

You will get more responses if you post questions in the Daily chat threads, more people visit there!

But to answer your question, diet soda is NOT recommended when you are on IP. Even though it is 0 calories and 0 carbs/0 sugar, diet soda contains sodium (not the same as the sea salt we are supposed to have) and phosphates which are not good for your body and can throw off the pH balance in your digestive system. Also many diet sodas are sweetened with aspartame, which should be avoided as well.

Hopeful: welcome
You'll probably get the most answers to questions/support if you introduce yourself/ ask questions in the daily what thread (right now weekend chat)

Today is my first day on this forum as well!! I have been checking it out for the last few days and find myself drawn to it daily now!! So happy to have found it! My coach gave me the "OK" to have 1 diet soda per day. I have been drinking one per day ever since and have not seen a difference on the scale. I guess that would be up to you and your coach to decide which is best for you. I say go for it, I look forward to it every afternoon

Today is my first day writing on this site. I am so happy to find this support. Great info and recipe's. I have a concern. We have won a 3 day motorcoach trip. All the arrangements were made for us. Concerned about my diet on this trip. Any suggestions on how to pack my food?
