10 pounds was like nothing. It did not show at all. At week 7 I finally had some inches come off. I think around 20 pounds you start to notice your clothes fit nicer, some are loose. I have a couple belts that I have had to go in a couple notches. I started as a size 18 and they were getting a little tight, but now they are a little loose. Some things I would not wear I am wearing again.
