Thanks for everyone posting what they like/don't like on this diet. I am at the end of my first day. It wasn't as hard as I thought, but I am pretty hungry right now with a slight headache. It's tolerable, though!
I had the peanut bar and didn"t like it _ it tasted like chemicals!
My coach told me to use the RTD vanilla in my coffee like a creamer adn it was really good!
