I got off track...now I'm working out and I feel so hungry
Hello everyone - I've been off track with the program for the last 2 weeks, I do the program off and on, mainly I stick to it during the day at work and night and weekends been off tracking a bit.
However I have still managed to lose around 2 or 3lbs during this time (thankfully)...
I am planning on restarting after Father's Day 100%...however I started working out and I've noticed I am hungry and craving alot...is it because I'm working out and need more fuel or is it because I'm off ketosis?
Do you eat more when you are working out? I am hoping I can reach my goal that I set out for my trip, which is 3 and 1/2 months away.
