Question Hard Candy...?
Ok I am starting IP tomorrow so I went to the grocery store to get things I needed and I found some Hard candy that are Crystal Light sugar free with Splenda. Are these ok to eat? Thanks

I haven't seen the crystal light candies before. You can only have them if they have 0 calories, 0 carbs and 0 fat.

well crap, I should of thought about looking at the lables before i bought them, they do have calories and carbs, not much but they do. I guess I will give them to the kids...
