Just updated mine for week 2..I lost 3.4 pounds last week and I'm pretty astounded at that! I was expecting 1-2 pounds.

EEEK!! I just got to put in my WI for this week and I am down another 3.2#!! That's a total of 16.8# in 3 weeks! I can't believe it! I'm in the onederland!!! YEAH!!:carrot:

Totally had a bad week! :( stupid PMS! eerrr! I did lose .2 pounds though...I hate when I get off plan..it messes me up for a good 2 weeks! Ok shaking it off.. I was on plan all day yesterday and will be this week too!!

I just LOVE LOVE LOVE this spreadsheet. Thank you so much for the creativity, the time and the effort to make this such a fun and do-able challenge! I lost 2.4 this week but my favorite part is that my spreadsheet line shows that I'm only 13% away from my goal. I can almost smell Phase 2 in the air! This just has me so very excited! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU for doing this for us... and for you. YAY!:carrot::carrot::carrot:

Down another 2 lbs, and that was while on vacation... I can almost see 159 as a real possibility.

I could use some help. This is my 3rd week. 1st week lost 6lbs, second week lost 2.5 and then tonight I ate a chicken breast and it said it came with tomatoes, it showed up and i thought was boiled down tomatoes so i ate it. Then i asked and the waitress told me there was sugar in the sauce. Is this going to screw me up for 3 days? I'm so worried about it? If I worked out would it get me back in quicker?
