NEWS! I am changing my goal weight from 155 to 152... the top of the healthy BMI range. I know that BMI isn't the end-all-be-all and I think it's generally unfair to people who are "dense"... however, I think I can do it and I think I will feel good at that weight.

Log your weight on whatever day is your WI day. i'm a Monday WI normally, so I will be up there pretty quickly compared to others...

I am in - I am a Friday WI person. Should get me motivated. I ordered teh vanilla pudding, which I feel is blaa. I think I will get chocolate and lemon next time (the chocolate is to die for!).

The vanilla makes a good base for all of the DaVinci or Torani SF syrups!

i'm also in on this challenge. I moved my goal to 130 instead of 135, so i think this challenge will get me trying harder. this is the best diet ever! i haven't done much at all for exercise, so i think its time i start.:carrot:
