Yes - my doctor who is also my coach is great. She researched the program for a long time.... up to 230lbs (which thats me) u r allowed ur 1 regular meal u make urself, 3 packets a day, plus 1 of what they call the *restricted* packets (i consider those my snack items cause basically they r the bars,chips,etc)
As far as gum, it has to be gum that is sugar free with 1 carb or less...most gums have higher carbs, for example ORBIT gum is okay. As far as I know there is nothing else allowed unless it is 0fat,0sugar,0carbs...as for a creamer in your coffee I used the vanilla premade drinks, or some of the vanilla powder in my coffee, I can have coffee all day long (keep using the 1 same packet of vanilla powder or the premade drink to last all day or even 2 days for your coffee)
