I was wondering if there are any other 3 fat chick forums that you frequent. I sometimes look in on the pictures of people at goal. Is there any other forum that has really helped with your weigh loss?

I lurk a little on the Exercise forum (different from the IP Exercise thread) & the Weight & Resistance Training forum... rarely post on either one, but there's sometimes some good info...

There are many forums. Go to the bottom of this page where you will see forum jump, click on and you will see them.

I see all the forums. I was just wondering if anyone on Ideal Protein frequently goes to other forums. I tend to just come to the IP Forum.
