Okay, per Judy's request (and I need it too). Here is a thread for those last pesky pounds. I am 7 pounds from goal (169), but would actually rather be about 10 less than that so I have some wiggle room. But would be thrilled to just get the 7 off and move forward.
I had wine and some Atkins indulgences this weekend so there goes another week's progress down the tubes. I am going to try really hard to not cheat this coming weekend.
If I make it through 2 weeks...then I head to Atlantic City so being down 3 more pounds will make that cheat easier.
I am going to phase III just before Memorial Day weekend no matter what. I do a combo of phase I/II right now (phase II on workout days).
I lost between 3-4 pounds every single week that I stayed on plan. My weight loss has stopped because of my own doing. I do not stay on plan long enough to let the ketosis do its thing. I will have 6 perfect days followed by a cheat day and so I have to get back to where I was and the cycle starts over again. I am hoping for 2 perfect weeks right now and that I drop 3-4 pounds by April 15th...I too am going away.
After I return....going back on plan and dropping whatever I can by Memorial Day weekend and then going to maintenance.
I have lost around 14 pounds...have about 10 to reach my goal
I don't have a coach-my friend keeps me supplied with ip food and I use some alternate products.
I'm 6 lbs from goal and its kicking my butt...Doctor still has me on Phase I until i reach goal and 2 below it..so when I go on phase II if I gain a few lbs she said that sometimes happens...
Right now I just want to get thru this..and look forward to phase 3/4
I think I need a cattle prod to kick my butt some...
