Seven weeks on Ideal Protein and 15 lbs, 21 3/4 inches

Most of my friends are losing more weight per week but I am still losing at least a pound. My counselor said that I might have to eat more protein and added another pack. I am drinking herbal tea and crystal light and water...tons of it...sticking and have not cheated. Although the scales are not moving too fast, my clothes are hanging on me

Glad they raised the amount of protein at dinner from 5 on meats, 7 on fish to all up to 8 ounces...don't really eat that much but a juicy steak is something to look forward to...at my lowest weight 166 in years
