Myself, I have at least one fluffy moment a day, but I also use more oil as well. 2-3 teaspoons a day, but always one and a half of olive oil on my daily 2 cup salad of spring mix and romaine lettuce each lunch time.

I use Psyllium husks in capsule form and Swiss Kriss natural laxatives and they work. I don't use the Swiss Kriss all the time because I have a "thing" about laxatives, even natural ones. I believe your body become dependent on them so using it sparingly is the best idea. The Psyllium isn't habit forming and the body doesn't get used to it so you can use it everyday.
