Default IP has changed their diet?

I have missed the threads in the last while, but I have a question. My coach called today and let me know that the diet has changed once again and upping the protein amounts from 5/7 oz for meat/fish to 7/9 oz. Is this just in Canada or everywhere?

I don't know either...as I haven't been to my clinic in 3 weeks. I have had an ounce or two more of meat from the beginning if I felt hungry.

I had WI on Wednesday and my coach did not mention it. I have also occassionally had an extra ounce if I was hungry and it has not seemed to have any affect on my WI's...

I wonder if this change has to do with the maintaining of muscle while losing. I have had the extra ounce or two of meat at times as well and didn't feel it affected my loss at all. Need a Carla input on this!

I hadn't heard that yet either. But, like darbs, I have had an ounce or two more meat at dinner often times. I don't usually weigh it, just eyeball it.

Like other posters I rarely weigh the meat and I certainly have had extra protein throughout my IP journey. Beats reaching for the potato chips!

AvaLynn Are there changes for all the phases? I just started Phase 3. Can you please tell us where can we access the newly revised IP? I asked my coach and she was like she didn't know anything about that. I'm sure coaches have access to sites we don't but she didn't even bother to say she will check. My sister is starting today and she wants to know also. It's so frustrating to hear about these changes and not been able to access them.

Please help us out if you can!!!

Thanks!
Ana
