    I have been off-program for a few weeks and need some motivation. A Spring Challenge is perfect!!

  • ok so I think we decided 10lbs which is super cool. So will there be a spreadsheet or something. who/where/when do we give our numbers to? My weigh in day is Wed so would I use my starting weight today since it starts today or tomorrow (only differience of a pound or so)
  • is someone going to email us about what we need to do? this will be my first one sorry for my questions.

    The challenges are just a fun way for people to track short term goals. When I get home and get to a computer I can use my google documents on, I will create a google doc fule with everyone who wants to participate 3FC names listed in it. Then each week when you weigh in post your weight and how much of a loss that is for you from the beginning of the challenge to current. I promise this is easier to understand when you can see the spreadsheet

    Anyway, I believe the goal we've set since this is such a short challenge is 10 pounds by March 21.
