The challenges are just a fun way for people to track short term goals. When I get home and get to a computer I can use my google documents on, I will create a google doc fule with everyone who wants to participate 3FC names listed in it. Then each week when you weigh in post your weight and how much of a loss that is for you from the beginning of the challenge to current. I promise this is easier to understand when you can see the spreadsheet
Anyway, I believe the goal we've set since this is such a short challenge is 10 pounds by March 21.
