Hey cornflake IP is like that. Your body is changing and healing and sometimes those changes aren't reflected on the scale ... this week. I don't know how long you've been reading the forum posts, but many many people have experienced what you have and lost weight the next week.

Don't let the number on the scale get you down. Keep your eye on your goal and following the protocol!

Hi Cornflake. You didn't say how long you have been on IP and what progress you have made so far. Not losing is very frusterating, I know. I've been there. But you need to look at the big picture. If you continue to follow protocal you will lose. Hang in there and keep coming here to read everyone else's progress. You are not alone!

Hi Cornflake,

Don't get discouraged! We all have those weeks that we feel went well only to find that the scale tells a different tale. However, we also have weeks where we feel we didn't do very well and are pleasantly surprised at the scale. Keep following the program and you will be smiling like the rest of us.

I have heard that people often hit a plateau at some point and struggle to get out of it but it does happen just stick to it and think of the end result!
