I'm going to go against the flow here and say I wouldn't have them.
You didn't list the ingredients but I bet there is sugar in those brats, especially since the nutrients list has 2 grams of sugars listed. I guess my philosophy is: why consume carbs in my protein when I can get protein without carbs?
The sodium content is high too so I would expect some consequences from that. It's like 3 times more than you would get from the same amount of steak.
