Hi Get Healthy Shelley - thanks for the headache suggestion - I did try that and it didn't really work so I caved and took some Tylenol which helped (I blame this on the trifecta of TOM, IP and a teething infant). As for doctoring up Walden Farms dressing (I used to be a Chef so I cannot help myself) - I use good french mustard, curry powder, a bit of soy sauce, and lemon juice. Right now I have given up on Walden Farms (or taken a temporary leave) and am now taking 1/2 tsp of olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, spearmint (I get all my spices at Penzey's which is AWESOME if you have one near you), some of my daily salt allotment and a tiny bit of mustard (sometimes I omit this) and mixing them. I put all my salad in a stainless steel bowl with a lid (cling wrap works fine too) pouring the dressing over it and tossing it - all the lettuce gets coated and it tastes like a greek salad. (or a close to it as possible on phase 1 of IP)
