Mine will stall and sometimes have a gain, I don't worry about it anymore. I lose and gain all over the place but by the end of the month I still end up with 10+ lb loss.... I've found its important to be accountable to the scale, but it doesn't rule my commitment to the plan like it has on other diets. I'm almost 4 months in and I've found on weeks I don't lose as much, I lose more inches. Weeks I lose more weight I don't lose as many inches. So I just keep following the plan and it keeps working for me, regardless what the scale says from day to day...
