Default eggs?

My info sheet says that 2 whole eggs are allowed. How do you cook them? I know no frying is allowed, but is scrambling considered frying? Is it even considered frying if I just use a little olive oil? Or would I be better off just boiling them.

Thanks.

S/C/G: h254/IP248/186/130 or size 4

Height: 5'5" size 12 mostly

Default

Scrambled, hard boiled, poached, coddled, steam basted, omelet, deviled, soft boiled, pickled, fritata, egg drop soup, egg salad, or baked/shirred eggs.

There are many ways to do eggs. This diet may change the recipe but, the only method not recommended is fried.

My coach does not allow eggs, but I would spray the pan with olive oil and cook...any way you like...we can stir fry or sautee just can't deep fry

I agree. The "frying" is deep fat frying.
