I know it will work for me. My hardest thing that I have found to deal with is boredom eating!!!

Hi and welcome. I'm a total newbie. I don't even get my starter pack until next Monday so I'm just hanging out and trying to take in as much info as possible. You should definitely try posting on the daily chat post. People have been very helpful to me there!
