Also my liver enzymes were way out of whack because I had stones in my bile duct and I'm concerned whether or not being on IP full force will aggravate that situation. I tried calling my coach and she needed to call her mentor/contact because she wasn't sure and I haven't heard anything back yet. I want to have a plan, but don't want to cause myself anymore trouble than I've already been through these past few days. On the other hand I don't want to sit here and start gaining back all of the weight I've worked so hard to lose. Any advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

So, if you're supposed to be on a liquid diet, no harsh grains, acidic foods, etc. the packets should be ideal. I'd avoid fibrous vegetables or make a veggie cocktail in your blender. If your doctor wants you to eat some solids, any kind of LOW fat fish, like Dover sole which practically melts in your mouth, shouldn't irritate your system too much. Just wash the fish and poach it in its own juice. With a fish as thin as Dover sole, 2-3 minutes is enough, really.
I'm sure there are people better informed about this than I. But I'm awake; and want to keep your post at the top of the day. Best of luck and a really speedy recovery, OK?
