Anyway... so week of phase 1, back to where I was before my camping trip, week of phase 2 and 2 weeks of phase 3 with no cheating should put me to where I need to be, ya ..... I am fundamentally lazy when it comes to working out and I have only just started exercing in the last couple weeks but that probably would have helped me. Or really just stuck out phase 3 for another 10 days..... would have been the best solution
Thank you so much. It reassures me in that I probably didn't do that badly since I didn't gain after my slip up.

I generally dont binge eat like that, I was always a big eater before but this was not the same. Wont happen again cause boy I had a food hangover for about 4 days..... uuurrrhhhh!!!

Attending a baseball game I was.

(Sorry Georgia gals, our lowly Nationals took out the mighty Braves!)

I went with one of my team leads, a Presidential Management Fellow, an astrophysicist, and a detailee from Houston. Hmm, if you throw in a rabbi and have us walk into a bar, it sounds like a set-up for a joke.

Looks like the boards kept you hoppin' while I was away.

This IS confusing. We had quite a discussion about this early on in the thread. BevS led us all to conclusion that it is 7 ounces cooked... she went back to Tran's book and did the equivalents to back into the right answer.

One of the best tricks I have when eating pasta when you are a volume eater is to put steamed veg like broccoli or a fave on the bottom of your bowl, add your noodles and sauce on top. It brings it up to a nice level, has lots of fiber and tastes good without the huge serving of pasta! I've found if I put the veg on top, it doesn't mask how small the pasta serving is. Plus, your veg get sauced and it is a nice change.

Default Hungrier on Phase 3

Anyone notice that they're hungrier on Phase 3? I love the huge breakfast and I'm not hungry at all after I eat it. But after lunch, I'm hungry shortly after I eat - do you think it's the difference of "real" food/protein vs having soup? I almost want to go back to the soup - thought they were really good (and tasted better than Lindora, though Lindora is a much better price!)!
