Thanks! I should have gone in the other day. I was almost there, I had to go to BBQ Country for a part for the BBQ. I can likely go by tomorrow.

Green Valley Ranch, I bought Thai Curry sauce (really good) and the Hawaiian Sweet and Tangy (pretty good). They also have different salad dressings as well. It was nice for a different taste. She sells them for I think $6.49. Hope this helps someone who needs a change.

I did get in today. I looked at a lot of things and dreamed of being in maintenance so I could try them. I got several of the dressings and was pleased to see the individual packets of dressings.
I will go back for sure, such a nice variety of things that are OP.

yes I bought the PB2 about 3 months ago, sitting in my shelf waiting for when I can have peanut butter again. I have to go back and try some more green valley ranch products, I will for sure get the thai curry sauce again. It was very good, a little runny but good

Walden Farms

I've placed an order at Netrition.com and am hitting Sumas WA to pick it up next week (we have a post office box there).

I'm looking forward to more variety but with being in Phase 1 I'm a little worried about experimenting even with WF - I've been compliant for the 2 weeks I've been on and have lost 12 pounds but wonder if I'm starting down a slippery slope.

(PS - this is my first post after lurking, what great resources and a great community).

Welcome Vernon, I have used WF on and off, I don't use them every day but I do use them. I didn't see how much you want to lose but I wanted to lose over 100 so it hasn't really stopped my weight loss using them. I may use them 3 times a week, but I do have something with splenda in it almost every day, I use the Davinci syrups the most, as I put them in my puddings in my iced coffees, tried them in marinating (peanut butter syrup marinated chicken breast) gave it a nutty flavor was kind of different... I have been on for 7 months and lost close to 82 lbs so far, and have only slowed down for the last little while but my coach thinks its my body not anything I am eating/drinking.

Thanks 2ride! I am trying to lose about 25 pounds, but more importantly trying to relearn how to eat to set a better example for my daughters.

Do you have any WF favorites or tips? I did order some jams and thought they could flavor puddings and the muffins but since I don't cook I'm not great at making combos up and am afraid to ruin a package trying!

Hi everyone, I have been reading some of your posts and it sounds like this program is working great for you. I am considering giving it a try so do any of you have an advice or suggestions? I just found out we have a clinic here in our town, I had never heard of this diet till I read it on here. Am having lots of problems choosing a program so looking for some guidance.
Thanks so much...

haven't tried any of the jams or jellys. I do like their pancake syrup, and I make my chipotle maple BBQ sauce with it instead of sugar. I like their BBQ sauces and the chipotle ranch dressing, and the asian salad dressing. the mayo I use but I doctor it up ALOT... same with the peanut spread... and I have had the chocolate syrup. I can buy single packets of some of the dressings and have tried a few but chipotle is my favorite, second is the sweet onion. Good luck

Oh man do some research but where else do you lose 82 lbs in 7 months and not a lot of exercise? I am basically a lazy person, I walk my dogs and do dog sports but that is it... If you can commit to it, it is very restrictive but very easy as well. Phase 1 all the thinking is done by IP you just pick what you want to eat. Good luck.

Hello fellow Canadians :)

Today, I just received my package from proteinwell.ca, I am happy that I got it with no problem cause there is no phone number to reach this company and two e-mails I sent were left unanswered. I just tasted one of their soups and it's quite good actually.

Anyone in here has ordered from Nashua Nutrion from the US? and if so, please share if you got charged any additional price while picking up the package in addition to what was already charged to your credit card, I am anxious to know if I have to pay customs or whatever.

Thank you.

Yes, I did, received my package quickly with no problem.

Sandralosingweight, can you please tell me what you ordered from Proteinwell. If it's not too much trouble, can you also tell me what a typical day of food looks like for you?
Thank you.

I think I may have answered you yesterday on the daily thread but if you missed it. Usually if your order is under 100.00 Canada Customs will not charge you gst. (that is usually all that you will pay so if you are from Alberta that is 5%) I have ordered 3 times around 70.00 each time and haven't been charged customs at all... It is still cheaper paying customs then the IP products. and if you do get charged just know that the 7.00 handling fee isn't a customs fee but Canada Post fee. Let me know if you need anything else.
