EAS RTDs
I tried them....not my favorite! I found them thinner than Premier Nutrition drinks. But, others really like them. And they have other flavours which would be nice occasionally.
Also, Rainbow has a quick recipe for ice cream using the strawberry flavoured EAS which I keep meaning to buy some just to try that out:) Shoppers has the Oh Yeah bars on special, btw. |
Hi everyone,
For those of you using alternative, just want to tell you that proteinwell.ca has a great selection of reduced priced items, some of them are half the price, especially for the bars, big selection for the bars, but there is only the chocolate pudding! Don't know if they are closing or what! |

I found Superstore and Londen Drugs to have some good products and Walmart as well. Just pack some unlimited lettuce to snack on while you read and compare labels. Lol. I have found almost all ATKINS bars to be outta bounds as well as many other protein bars. One had 38 grams of carbs!!!!

Has anyone found Quest Bars in the Ottawa/Kanata area? I tried GNC and Costco with no luck. Even a Canadian source for ordering would be appreciated. I can live with paying the shipping, I just don't want to have to pay customs and exchange rates.
Any info would be appreciated. |
