Default working out????

Advice needed on working out.....coach said not to in phase I. What have you been told? I feel that diet and working out go together and was just wondering what everyone else is doing. I'm 2 1/2 weeks on this program....everything going pretty good. Lost is around 9 lbs so far.

You may look for the excercise thread, it is good too. I don't know how to post links or I would do that for you. Great loss so far!
