Default working out????

Advice needed on working out.....coach said not to in phase I. What have you been told? I feel that diet and working out go together and was just wondering what everyone else is doing. I'm 2 1/2 weeks on this program....everything going pretty good. Lost is around 9 lbs so far.

Hi houstongirl. You may want to repost your question in the main thread... Everyone seems to jump in quicker there!!! There are just too many threads these days... (Of course there will be a new "main" thread tomorrow, it will read ideal protein chat week july 5 - july 11)
