I am thinking we can't have citric acid, maybe maltodextrin and what is acesulfame potassium? Anyone know if these ingredients interfere with Ketosis?

The citric acid is a problem for many people trying to maintain Ketosis. It can cause insulin because it is an part of an element in the krebs cycle (part of our bodies energy production chemistry) that kicks off insulin production.
The MALTODEXTRIN is a TOTAL no! It has a glycemic load and index like table sugar and will require the same insulin production as sugar.
Sucralose (splenda) and ACESULFAME K a.k.a. ACESULFAME Potassium are both in nearly ALL the Ideal Protein phase 1 products (read the online product, nutrition information for the grams in each packet).
ANYTHING WITH JUST SUCRALOSE, ACESULFAME K, ACESULFAME POTASSIUM, STEVIA, REBIANNA, or XYLITOL are acceptable. You can even do a few other sugar alcohols like erythritol which is blended with Rebianna (stevia commercial chemical form) to make Truvia and Purevia.
