That's just pure empty calories so I would not equate Lindora to IP. Also, the Lindora bars are not manufactured by the same company as the IP bars ~~the ingredients are different even though the Nutrition Info Label may be similar. The ingredients are soooooooooo important.

Only a few of Lindora's items contain aspartame. I have never bought any of those. Lindora's website allows you to check the ingredients before you buy anything. Someone on this forum checked with Ideal Protein, and she said that the caramel nut bar is indeed made by the same manufacturer. This is the only bar I use. Ideal Protein may not use aspartame, but they do use other sweeteners besides sucralose, especially acesulfame potassium. Ideal Protein's BBQ ridges have MSG, which many people are sensitive to. Many of Ideal Protein's bars have agave syrup, which has even more fructose than high fructose corn syrup and is not a healthy alternative to sugar. I'm just saying that Ideal Protein foods are not magic, and neither are Lindora foods. We need to check the ingredients on anything we order and choose wisely. If Ideal Protein foods were not so over priced, I would be glad to order solely from them. As it is, they are making a killing when they don't need to.
