For me, the key to staying motivated with weight loss was shifting my mindset from quick fix to long game. I stopped obsessing over the scale and focused on how I felt, more energy, better sleep, even clearer skin. Little rituals helped too: meal prepping on Sundays, walking after dinner, and wearing comfy gear like underoutfit that made workouts less of a chore. I also gave myself grace on tough days. Humans naturally ebb and flow, some weeks are strong, others less so. What matters is not giving up.
