Hey Friends!
Im in my early 30's. Im a heathcare , and im a nurse.
I stress eat and do alot of siting lifestyle....
its hard for me 2 stick to a diet because of the nursing stress!!!!!!!!!
im tried to workout and eat healthy as much as possible!
im so glad to find a weight loss support group..
Current: im 5'3, 146lbs,
goal= 120lbs
next monday ill start working out everyday fr 1 hours and eating healthy , no mrore crabs, chips, no more pop, no candy, no choclate, no no no...
i plan on lossing 2-3 lbs a week..
ill update up guys on what works and what doesnt...
ill take before and after pictures starting monday...
lets lose this weight 2gether!!!

things i want 2 add:
DOS & DONTS
1. excerise, walking
2. say NO to carbs
3. say no to chocolates, chips
4. say no to late night snacking
5. say no to STRESS eating!
6. add veggies n fruits, add grapes, apples, cucmbers
7. add LOTS of water
8. say no to soda
9 get sleep
10. Stay focused on my goal!!!!
my new years resolution is to continue to develop the new, healthy eating habits that i started in mid-november 2020. it is working, so why mess with a good thing, right ?
