That depends on your weight, your current food choices, your age, your gender, your activity level, etc. One thing is if you only want to lose 5 kg it will take longer to lose because you don't have a lot to lose in the first place. Not enough information provided to give you an answer

Try doing a ‘carb refeed’ once per weekIf you need to, you can take one day off per week where you eat more carbs. Many people choose to do this on Saturday.

It’s important to stick to healthy carb sources like oats, rice, quinoa, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and fruit. If you must have a cheat meal and eat something unhealthy, do it on this day.

Limit this to one higher carb day per week. If you aren’t reducing carbs enough, you might not experience weight loss.

You might gain some water weight during your refeed day, and you will generally lose it again in the next 1–2 days.
SUMMARYHaving one day each week where you eat more carbs is acceptable, although not necessary.

I am trying now to eat 40 grams of carbs per day, and I try to focus them on veggies like tomatoes, mushrooms, cucumber, and some fruits like kiwis, berries etc. My trick is to eat each meal with a lot of veggies and one portion of a fruit in the morning, and drink a lot of water

Sincerely trying to lose weight is not as easy as you think, I have been on a diet plan for 2 weeks now, though I have not seen so much significance yet, I can not conclude just yet.
I got to know of the Leptoconnect diet some months ago on a Youtube channel called The 10x lifestyle, and I have been keeping to the plan daily to see the results. I will surely update everyone if it works well after 2 - 3 months of usage. I have included a link to the video as well, you could check it Out.

I never stick to a timetable. Yesterday, I prepared a to-do list with great effort and it took **** a lot of time. Will I ever achieve my goals. My biggest goal is to lose weight but I never succeeded neither did my attempt to lose weight was a serious goal. How should I lose weight with consistent efforts? I made a purchase worth 19 k and i didnt even try them before purchasing, and now the clothes don't fit me. That made me a little upset and I weighed myself. I am literally 96.5 kilos. Which means i gained 2 more kilos in a span of one month because of obsessive eating habits. I really want to lose weight. I want to look like those models who rip their shirts to show their curves. I am like 32 and will be 33 next year. What matters is that since a decade, I have been planning. But the days are passing by like clouds and I never know at what time of my life I get motivated. I don't trust myself. On top of that, i going bald because of pcos.

Try creating a 250 or 500 calorie deficit . 3500 calories make one pound of fat so if you have a 500 calorie deficit you will lose 1 pound a week

Default 2000 calories

I would stick to the 2000 calorie recommendation.
