Wowzer! You are half the woman you were! (in a GOOD way!) An amazing accomplishment. You can certainly be proud of what you have accomplished and I have NO doubt you will meet your goal! You already look fantastic and like you don't need to lose an ounce more to me!!!
Dumplin - Here is the recipe for the cookies I make!
1 banana, mashed
1/2 cup 100% whole wheat oats
2 tbsp PB2
1 tbsp Splenda for baking
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
Bake on greased cookie sheet for ~15 mins at 350 degrees. The recipe made 8 cookies. Each cookie was 1 PP. I had 5 cookies with a cup (or two or three) of coffee for a healthy and delicious breakfast!
