Thanks again, everyone! Sometimes even when I'm looking at pictures of myself, it's hard to see the difference. So it's nice to have people say that they can tell.
Scoobysnacks8383 - I am following Weight Watchers, so I'm not sure about my calorie count, since I do points. Obviously I started out with a much higher points allowance. I started at 40 points, now I'm down to the minimum of 26.
I have also been working out. I started by walking a few miles and trying the elliptical for 5-10 minutes. As the weight came off and my endurance improved, I started walking farther, jogging and doing the elliptical for much longer and added in strength training as well.
