And, I loved how you described why losing weight worked for you this time... I need to adopt your insight and look in my mirror. It really is great advice!

Our starting stats are virtually the same and your pictures are truly an inspiration for me to start kicking myself into gear. Simply WOW! Thanks for sharing your story and pics
