Well 950 days later - I hit my goal weight of 220 pounds.

Beginning Weight 562.3 lbs.
Target Weight 220 lbs.
Current Weight 219.8 lbs.
Weight Left to Lose 0 lbs.
WEIGHT LOST 342.5 lbs.

I have set my new goal weight at 210 pounds. I knew when I hit my goal I would have to reasses where I was fitness wise and see what I needed to do. I think this last 10 pounds should do it for me. At 6' 2" tall - I think a weight range of 205 - 210 is about where I want to stay.
