to be totally honest, i still don't work out as much as i should... i started doing the shred and am still on level 2 and started going running a few times a week but that's pretty much it. a couple times a week i do some other cardio 'something' that i find on demand but aside from that it's pretty much daily stuff like taking care of the kids and going partying and dancing a lot on the weekends. hahaha
