thanks so much everybody! i feel SO good and even though i don't look any different than i did yesterday, seeing that number on the scale just makes it all seem worth it.
and yes, jillian is still currently kicking my butt. woooo. but i'm LOVING it.
and i have been at this for officially 9 weeks diligently counting calories. i stay between 13-1400 a day and didn't really start moving until about 6 weeks ago. exercise was really slow at first (it was the thing i LOATHED) but now i'm working out about 5x a week. i do the shred and/or other workouts i find on demand because i can't push myself without direction and started running just about 2 weeks ago.
i feel like i look better than i ever have in my life and will definitely be staying hardcore on the exercise and will be sure to post more pics for you guys once bikini season is closer
i really really appreciate all the kind words. and to be honest, i'm really starting to think i look like a hottie
