Thanks everyone. I had to go buy a scanner to post the pic's. But it was worth every penny. Looking at the pic's I can really see the difference. Most days I don't feel like I've lost that much weight, but the proof for me is when I see the picture. The old photos I had posted were just from web cam and I didn't care much for them either.
Wow, you just look so light and airy in your post photo. And from pure personal reasons, I have to ask, how tall are you? We are very similar in starting weight and probably my eventual goal. I know we are all different, but you are a real inspiration for me!!
Thanks all, I do feel so much younger now. I am 46 yrs. old and I am 5'7. I weighed 135 in high school, but felt that with my age now and having had 2 children that would be a difficult weight to maintain, so I thought 145 would be healthy for me and still look decent. I would like some opinions if people think I should try to go lower or maintain here. I feel good at this size so I guess that is what is important.
Thanks so much to all who have responded. Sorry about the bad hair. My reward for reaching goal is a new haircut with hi-lights but it has to wait til next week for DH's payday. I was just too excited and had to go ahead and post these.
Adding my 2 cents...you did a great job and there is a remarkable difference. These pictures never cease to amaze me and as they say "a picture speaks a thousand words" and your's is screaming what dedication and perseverence can do. Many congratulations!
