Well, I was out of town and off the diet/exercise wagon for a week, but I'm back on it now.
30 minutes with the Evil Trainer and 15 minutes cardio (treadmill) on Friday...
Goal - 1140 minutes
To Date - 385 minutes

Good morning!
The gym had no air this morning, as a matter of fact the heat was on, I could barely get through my workout without falling out. So I made it a short one this morning. Hopefully, I'll make my goal this month.
