Hi All,
I am a former medifast user and I walked away loving it. I recently put on some "new relationship pounds" (that's totally a thing, right?
), and I would like to jump start my old eating habits and vigilance. I can't afford medifast anymore, so I figured I would try a low cal, balanced diet inspired by medifast (I'm asking on the general forum because I figure others have tried this without knowing about medifast).
My idea is that I will drink 3-5 servings of EAS Lean 15 per day (while at school, before + after gym). I would then eat a 1 protein, 3 vegetable, 2 carb dinner (probably with 1 fat) and a diet soda or a few beers / glass of wine
. I think (using sparkpeople) that this would be fairly balanced.
Any thoughts? boredom isn't an issue for me; I can definitely eat the same flavor all day and not think twice so long as I like it generally.
