Hi... My goal was 1300; had 35 left.

Yesterday - 10 minutes walking = 25 left

Today -- 3 hours walking, flag waving, etc. at "Support Our Troops" rally

Goal achieved... plus 2 hours 35 minutes over goal.

Now I suppose we have to start over again soon, huh? :lol:

Yesterday I did 5 minutes of yoga...

Catching up on posting:

Thur, March 27 - 60 min. Pilates
Sun, March 30 - 65 min. aerobics; 20 min. stretching

255 - 145 = 110

I have an aerobics class tomorrow morning and I'll go early and do lower body first. So I should just make my 1000 minutes for the month. Will post tomorrow night that I did it.

Good for you, Chrim! Way to go on that extra last minute push so you can make it! I admit I had such a busy weekend and was over goal so took a break yesterday.

Did 60mins weights this morning, I manage to make my goal for the second time in a row! Congrats to all who made it to their goal and good luck to all who didn't make it. We are all winners, see you in Aprils challenge!

March 31 - 60 min. aerobics class; 50 min. Yoga

110 - 110 = 0

It took me 3 tries but this month I made my 1000 minute goal. I'm off to post my new goal on the April thread.
