Wow this is such a busy week for me that haven't had time to get with it... will really have to haul it the end of the week to make my goal.
Yesterday WAS "one of those days" at work though when I had to run around a LOT... up and down the stairs, and around the building... hopping all over the place. So didn't get any "official" exercise I can "count" but did get some moving in there. Sue |

I had my dance class last night-itis an hour long, but since we are learning new choreography-we had to stop a few times to learn the new moves, so I am counting it as 45 minutes.

Got 50 min in this morning and I'm almost done! I moved up on my exercise tape, which is longer so that's why I'm finishing early. And no I'm not slacking off for the month. I still have 35 days to finish on my 90 day commitment...... not that I'm counting!:o 70 - 50 = 20 |

1 hour brisk walking outdoors...my glutes are barking-I went walking on some bike trails-lots of hills, and on the way back, I was walking against some killer wind!!!! I still have some strength training left to do today...will post it when I am finished! Aphil |
