Wooo Hoooo I completed my exercise challenge. It was tough but it helped me through the holidays. I worked out extra hard this month because of all the extra goodies. And the work is paying off.....

Exceeding my challenge and I feel great. I will definately keep this up it was great.
This last week was a total bust---couldn't go to the gym during lunch (too busy buying last min. items) and shoveling snow took the place of wt. lifting and treadmill.
Enough excuses! It's onward and downward with the minutes!
I haven't posted since Dec. 17th, but I have gotten in a few workouts. Hope you all had a great Christmas. I am also looking forward to the January Challange. This has kept me exercising during the holidays when I would have maybe blown it off. So next month should be great.

Well, I sort of fell off the wagon.... I'm telling ya it's hard to exercise will company. Didn't want to bounce around the living room and have all the jing bells ringing. So, for the last few days I only have 75 minutes to report. I'm pretty sure that I can still make it tho. I think I can....I think I can......
