    Well I was a manic yesterday. Actually work was slow so I went to the gym at lunch time and did:

    20 min on Stepper
    40 min on Treadmill Walk/Run

    Then...this is the kicker ...was I crazy....*smile*

    Went home and lifted weights with my friend for 35min we did legs, bis and tris....and then I let her talk me into doing more cardio...sooooo

    20 min on the eliptical
    30 min on the step mill

    So my grand total for Dec 3 was 145 minutes...I really have a life...*smile* other than working out...Just I had the energy yesterday....now today...I am not quite sure.....

    1480 - 145 = 1335

  • Semo...Next time I get a burst like that I promise I will share becasue today I am dragging. I am soooo tired. My body feels worn out. But there is a noon aerobics class that I am going to try to attend. I know once I get there I will feel better.

  • Hey Kathy, I'm afraid that you were up by yourself this AM. Our electric went out at 9:30 last night and still wasn't on when I left for work this morning. Burrrrrrrrr, ever tried to take a sponge bath with no heat in the winter. Thought after all these years that I could put makeup on blindfolded, well not the case today, tried candlelight too, and then finally went to the window with a mirror. What I do for an image!

    Hopefully everything will be up and running when I get home and I can get my exercise in.
  • December 5- Sorry I have to take these minutes as I busted my butt for 4 hours shoveling snow today. But I will only take 120 minutes since I did only weights (the snow on the shovel) and not any cardio.

    1170-120=1050 to go.

  • Aarrghh! My net access has been down most of the week. So I kept a paper log. On the bright side, I had more time to spare and was much more energetic without the net! I mopped the kitchen and raked the yard, etc. But for actual exercise, here's my week:

    Dec 3 - 40 min treadmill, 10 min other exercises
    Dec 4 - 30 min treadmill, 12 min other exercises
    Dec 5 - 35 min treadmill, 11 min other

    I don't expect to exercise any today, too much PC work to get caught up on. Good luck to everyone!!

  • Let's see...

    December 4 - 30 minutes on treadmill.

    December 5 - Walking in the snow, shoveling the snow, clearing the snow, trying to get around in the snow.... Actually, walked 2 miles and spent 20+ minutes shovelling the stuff.

    Total for those 2 days: 90.

    To go - 785 minutes.
