Can anyone help me on this...

What's the difference between the Sugar free Jell-O you make yourself and the Sugar free Jell-O that's already made and packaged? I know I can have unlimited Jell-O (and it's been my snack) but I'm a working mother of 3 (5yr, 3yr and 2month old babies)and it helps cutting corners like that!

MJ i did ok it was my first two days and on the apple cleansing. I did have a forkful of macaroni and a forkful of chicken cutlet. It is very difficult cooking and being around the smell.

It is day 3 and now I am on dairy. I just had 4 ounces of plain yogurt (which I normally hate plain but put cinammon and splenda on it so it was the best yogurt ever). I am going to weigh myself tomorrow after 3 days.

So you are down almost 10 pounds? Has it been a week yet? Great job.

I am finding it tougher at work.. just sitting at my desk.. but I have to do this.

I don't know if it has a chemical in it or something but they did specify using the one you make yourself...

I had the Flu so I thinkg that also helped. I was 178 when the Flu hit me, then 175 when I weighed in on Thurs now 168ish. But I know having no clothes on helped, lol!!!

a Forkfull sounds soooo delicious right now..I know exactly what you mean though, I had to cook this weekend and I almost died. I tried doing quick things like Hotdogs and sandwiches instead of "Arroz con Pollo" and all the Puerto Rican cooking I normally do but even the Hot Dog made my mouth water.

Which diet are you one? I'm doing 2 days Veggie/Fruit and 2 days Whole Milk!

I am not doing the program with Schwartz.. I am enrolled in a different program - I have many friends who have worked this program..losing 80lbs in 4months..so it works!! p.s. milk days are the best...if you add equal, nutmeg, cinnamon, ice and vanilla and whip in a blender for about 2 minutes..taste like ice cream..soooooo creamy and yummy!!
p.s. forgot to add ..during my 4 month break only gained 5lbs...nothing significant bc this program helps you maintain provided you don't go overboard and totally resort back to bad eating..
Hiii, newbie here...any suggestions or advice. Started on Thrusday...need to loose 50lbs and I'm dying!

mine started with a "cleanse" so it was 2 days apples only, then 2 day milk, 2 day veg, 2 day milk and one day apples.. then I go into the milk/veg thing like your doing. The dr. says the apples are cleaning out the intestines and getting them ready --I don't know. So now I am on the two days whole milk. The apples were hard I could have up to 5 a day and min 3 and believe it or not I was having trouble eating 3 between not being hungry and not wanting any more sugar.
Yes, I am trying to make stuff I don't love but I think with no food anything looks good.
Maybe I will try to walk 20 minutes a day and make up for my cheating.
