How does everyone split up milk days? All at once a few ounces an hour? Just looking for ideas?

Is anyone on this thread but MJ and myself? Did everyone lose all there weight and disappear? I guess I hope that I am not around too long either due to the weight being gone.... LOL

Getting excited for my first vegetable day. Going to have cauliflower and something else mixed together with some seasonings. Going to try something different for Thursday my second vegetable day.

I started going to the office in Ronkonkoma (Long Island, NY). I need the face to face contact. I just made my husband join, he's going tomorrow!!!

BTW, in order for you to add a signature it states that newbies must wait for about 20 days...yikes!

I did, 4onz of yogurts, 8onz coffee and I'll see if I want coffee later or just a glass of milk...and I eat Sugar Free Jell-O when I'm hungry or just want to snack!

Hello Bead Ladies:
This is skinnylaydee here. At work,and today is my last milk day. Had milk soup at 12:30 so I am done for the day. Not to hungry but could enjoy something to eat. Some days are worse than others, yesterday (milk day) and I only had 10oz and was not hungry at all. I know that I should not have but I weighed myself this am and I HAD GAINED 3lbs. How is that possible? I have been pretty much on target. I am trying so hard to stay the course and give in to temptations, but when you do what your are suppose to and still show a gain, it makes it very hard. What is an apple cleanse day? is that part of the program? How does it workK

I also go to an office. I need that as well. It will be easier if you don't have to cook for him and just have the kids.

Hi Skinnylaydee.. are you making a habit of not eating the required amount of food? I don't think that will help because it's so little as it is so you should try to get the milk in. Make sure you eat/drink the milk and try to eat all the vegetables see if that helps.

The apple cleanse was part of my plan. The first two days are 3-5 apples and the 120 ounces of water, the next two are dairy, then 2 veg, then two dairy, then one day of apples again. .. then on to the regular milk/veg alternating every two days..

When I could eat I had 4 ounces of yogurt with cinammon, then at 230 I had 8 ounces of milk, ice, waldens sugar free choc syrup--put it in a blender and made it look like a frappuccino from starbucks. Trying to save the rest for when I get home. then I have some jello made so I will have that.

so even after we get our 20 posts in we have to wait that stinks.. maybe in 20 days I will have lost 50 pounds and be gone already ... Wishful thinking.
