OK, so I didn't start on Sunday because of a big family birthday dinner that was planned (excuse?!). But, I started today (3/1/10). Today wasn't too bad. It needs planning because with poor planning it won't work. I forgot some of the fruit to mix in my afternoon smoothie and it tasted horrible. But, I choked it down and stuck to the plan. Smoothie 3x today and fruits and veggies in between. Hopefully this works because mid-day today I was hoping I was further along in the cleanse. We'll see. I'll update as much as I can and let everyone know what happens in the end (how much, if any, weight I lose).
