Default Need some recommendations

I have been following Weight Watchers online for a while (mainly for logging purposes). I am unable to follow the program completely. I have some problems with milk, wheat, etc. Long story. Anyway, I am just tired of forking over money every month for it. Does anyone know of any good online diet logs that are free? Preferably something user friendly. I would really like to continue logging my food online and keeping up with it that way.

Thanks,
G.

There are quite a few...but the only ones I can think of are for calorie tracking, which is pretty much what you're doing anyway. I'm pretty sure dailyplate, loseit and fitday are free. I use loseit and have the app on my phone and I love it!

Thanks so much. I will take a look at those. I almost hate to quit WW, just because I think it is so user friendly, but it seems like a waste, since I can't follow the program really.

I'm really enjoying www.fitday.com for tracking calories.

I use lose it! on my ipod touch and love it. I am a former WW member and I too got sick of paying all that money. I figured out for me that the $$ was putting too much pressure on me to lose weight. Calorie counting is free and very easy. I also use a Go Wear Fit to figure out calorie burn. Best $$ I ever spent.
